1. Eligibility for Replacement

We provide a 7-day replacement warranty for all electronics, power banks, chargers, audio devices, and smartwatches purchased from Al-Aziz Tech Zone. If your device has a factory defect or fails to perform as specified, we will replace it free of charge.

2. Conditions for Return

• The item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Original box, cables, adapters, user manuals, and warranty card must be retained in undamaged condition.
• Items damaged due to physical mishandling, liquid exposure, power surges, or unauthorized repair attempts are not covered under replacement.

3. How to Initiate a Claim

Simply reach out to our WhatsApp support team with your order ID, a brief description of the technical issue, and a short video demonstration. Our tech inspection team will guide you on how to return the device and issue your replacement.
